October’s Very Own (OVO) is a Canadian lifestyle brand based in Toronto, founded in 2008 by Drake and his partners to cater to the Canadian crowd. OVO designs and manufactures various lifestyle products, including clothing, outerwear, accessories, and home goods.
The Challenge
OVO faced significant challenges in their inventory management due to the lack of a systematic categorization process. The absence of proper classification and labeling led to issues in warehousing and fulfillment, resulting in stockouts and mismatched inventory. They needed a solution to streamline their inventory categorization and improve their labeling system.

To address these challenges, Seller Universe implemented a comprehensive solution directly within NetSuite. We restructured OVO's data to facilitate faster inventory categorization and introduced multiple output options for their thermal printer.
This allowed OVO to print labels in different sizes based on their specific usage requirements. The base data and configurations were meticulously created to ensure accurate barcode and category sticker placement.
